Palm Beach kites are suspended from gold-colored large, granulated starfish charms. If these earrings won't be welcome at The Breakers, it will be a cold day in July. Earrings are handmade and for pierced ears only. Although they will look great on the beach, or anywhere you care to wear them, they are not waterproof.
